@sassara_vini @vinoblesse is a beautiful 14-hectare estate of Valeggio sul Mincio in the Veneto, just south of Lake Garda. Alessia and Stefano Bertaiola, third and fourth-generation winemakers, are at the helm of this endeavor. With a background in agricultural research and a passion for natural winemaking, they have converted the estate to biodynamic farming, emphasizing autochthonous grape varieties.
Their debut wine, Esotico 2020, blends ten grape varieties, creating a delightful, unconventional wine. Since then, Vini Sassara has introduced a range of captivating wines, including dry whites, a refreshing rosé, a cloudy sparkling white, a traditional ripasso-style light red, and an elegant Garganega orange wine aged in amphorae.
