SImon J Woolf is back for another exploration into the eye-opening and humbling world of blind tasting, after last year’s sold out session. If you thought blind tasting was just a parlour game of “guess the grape”, think again.
Leave your preconceptions at the door as you discover the most objective and disarming way to taste wine. Simon will share his tips on deconstructing what’s in the glass as you blind taste four varied natural wines. You’ll be amazed at what the liquid can reveal when the distractions of the label, brand and price are removed.
