Urban Bakers Aalsmeer was (crowd)founded one and a half years ago, with the goal to go back to basics and natural ingredients. Ben Bachrach and his team specializes in sourdough products, made with their homemade sourdough starter.
In addition to bread, Urban Bakers also makes vegan treats, cakes, challahs, focaccias, sandwiches and marmalades. Ben makes almost everything himself and works only with organic ingredients.
