Carl & Pauline Baumberger, the duo behind Glow Glow Wines (Nahe, Germany), craft accessible yet distinctive wines, focusing on Riesling and Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder in Germany). As young winemakers continuing their family’s legacy, they’ve encountered their fair share of challenges when transitioning from conventional to organic, to natural wine-making in one generation.
They will take you along their journey while sharing some of their wines. A deep dive into wine, but also a trip into the process of change, from an agricultural perspective and a cultural one.
After this workshop, you will have insider knowledge of what natural wine really entails.
