Wilder Land
Products based on local and indigenous crops
Wilder Land is on a mission to shift towards an economic model based on nature’s restoration that is characterized by careful selection and collaboration with farmers. Those farmers plant on the edges of their fields the seeds supplied by Wilder Land.
Having local and native crops increases species diversity and more local and native species in our diet are a feast for nature and a feast for our taste buds. Those seeds grow into herbs and plants from which Wilder Land makes an assortment of products; tea, kombucha, botanical syrups, special wild beers, sparkling iced teas, wild multigrain pasta and more.
That’s what Wilder Land calls “culinary biodiversity”. It is a step towards a Wilder Land where all kinds of life grow, bloom and vibrate.
