Nicolai van der Linden is—together with his partner Nicole—the face behind Welkom aan Tafel. As a former geographer, he understands terroir like no other. In this workshop, he will take you on a journey through some of the fundamentals of winemaking—fundamentals that are not so basic at all. He’ll share—and let you taste, with some paired bites—the differences between wines made in amphora, inox (stainless steel), wood, demi-john, and more. You’ll discuss terroir and flavor, with the aim of this workshop being to discover the wines that make you happy.
