“Kombucha is a refreshing beverage created through the fermentation of sweetened tea. Berlin based kombucha maker Bouche, produces in a so called closed fermentation. This special method differs from conventional brewing and industrial contract bottling and allows Bouche to create exciting, complex aromas and flavors that make the drink unique. Culinary-grade kombucha, in other words.
Bouche is a project of three creatives who started their adventure from their kitchens. Their fermented tea grew into the German capital’s favorite kombucha. They now brew from a large brewery located in the northeast corner of Berlin, Marzahn.
