Delivery & returns policy
We ship on Monday and Friday, which means that shipping duration will vary depending on when you’ve placed your order. We always try to have your order delivered within a few days after placing your order.
We work together with Vinologix as a transportation partner. Their expertise is sending wines all over the world using their own secure boxes. Vinologix uses DPD as their courier, so you will receive track & trace details from DPD once your order is on its way.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders above €100. For small orders below €100 we charge €7,50.

Collection of your wines at our office is always free of charge. Just contact us at email@example.com
to make an appointment so that we can make sure your wines are ready for pick-up.
Would you like to return the wines? No problem. We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To request a return, please write an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
stating your order number and the wines (and quantities) to be returned. In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be unopened, unused, with original tags attached and in the same condition as you’ve received them. We might ask you for a receipt or proof of purchase, so please make sure to have these ready. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved by us, make sure to place the items back in the original packaging and follow return instructions as provided by our team. Returning an order is at your own expense and risk.
We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If not, we will get in touch with you. It might take a few days for the refund to be processed at your bank.
Damages and issues
Carefully inspect your order upon arrival. Did you receive a damaged package or item? Please take a picture upon receiving your package which clearly shows the package and/or item condition and contact us directly. We work with insured shipment so we will evaluate the issue, contact the courier and solve the situation.
