Berlin-based Bouche produces kombucha. Their special method differs from conventional brewing and industrial bottling and allows Bouche to create exciting, complex aromas and flavors that make the drink unique. In other words, a culinary-grade kombucha.
Bouche is a project of three creatives who started their adventure from their kitchens. Their fermented tea grew into the German capital’s favorite kombucha. They now produce from a large brewery located in the northeast corner of Berlin, Marzahn.
This workshop is a journey towards the best wine proxy (alcohol-free alternative for wine), one of the fastest-growing segments in the industry. There is a strong push towards this new “holy grail”: how to get the wine experience without the alcohol.
